Näkturnal created NakYouOut in the Spring of 2011 as an extension of our love for Pittsburgh.  We wanted to provide a voice for the young, vibrant scene, while also offering a guide of what to do in the 412.

Let’s face it, Pittsburgh has been the butt of many jokes throughout our gritty history. From Yinzerisms to our smokey past, we have overcome alot of b.s. in the past decade. While we were once a major contributor to global warming and blue collar stereotypes, we now shine as green innovators, major blockbuster movie sets, sports champions and a burgeoning arts and music community.

This aint your mama’s Pittsburgh. It has transformed.

NakYouOut is here to reflect that transformation, sharing our local music, art, people and places.
